Chef Mike is passionate about cooking and providing you and your guests a restaurant-quality experience without leaving home. His goal is to bring an exceptional five-course meal to you, offering an evening of elegance and charm in your home, at your corporate event, or your Florida vacation home.
Chef Mike also provides weekly and monthly food preparation for individuals and families. Over the years clients have requested a diverse range of custom requests which include vegan foods, dietary restrictions due to health concerns, high protein diets for athletes, weight-loss diets, and low cholesterol diets. Each menu has been prepared to the individual's satisfaction.
He is a professional chef who focuses his total energy on his clients' satisfaction from one evening of relaxing and dining, family and friends dining experiences, in-home family meals, special occasions, corporate and business events, and vacation meal services. He caters to your tastes and requests, which includes the preparation of fish and seafood, chicken or steak, and vegan or vegetarian dishes. Through his hands-on development of your menu, he can address any dietary concerns or restrictions. His skills and abilities come from his education and fifteen years of experience in fine dining.
